Mike joined the Huntington Chapter in the fall of 2008.
He arrived with 5 years of experience with the American Red Cross.
Previously he served as the Chairman of Disaster Services and board member
of the Tippecanoe County Chapter in Lafayette Indiana. Along with his board
experience, he also volunteered as a member of the (DAT) Disaster Action
Team, and the National Disaster Response program as a DSHR supervisor and
manager on National Relief Operations. With the additions of expanded
services in Huntington, Mike hopes to provide additional programs to the
entire Huntington area without increased expenses.

Betty has worked for the Red Cross through the Council
on Aging and Catholic charities for over 5 years. Most recently she was
hired on directly by the Chapter. During this time she has taken on
increasing responsibilities, including answering phones, keeping records,
data entry, accounts receivables and accounts payables, newsletter
mailings, administrative phone calls, equipment cleaning, preparing
documents and many other functions.

Lynn started with the Huntington Chapter in October 2008
through the Catholic Charities Organization. She has been a welcomed
addition to the daily functions of scheduling the drivers for our VA
Transportation program. In addition, Lynn is instrumental for data entry of
CPR/FA class records and keeping the office schedule flowing in a consistent
manner.

Jeffery Hirschy
Jeffery Joined the Chapter as its newest AmeriCorps
member. Jeffery arrives with a deep compassion for the American Red Cross
and will be leading the way towards developing a new Rapid Response Team
for Disaster Services.

Donna has rejoined the
Huntington Chapter in
September 2009
through the Catholic Charities
Organization. She has been
with LOVE Inc. for the
past
several years. Previously she
worked here at the office and is a
welcomed addition. She will oversee the scheduling
of the drivers for our VA
Transportation program. In addition,
Donna will be instrumental for data
entry of CPR/FA class
records and developing
some new programs that
will be introduced to the
Huntington area in the
very near future
