What is SAF(AFES)?
Services to Armed Forces (SAF): Ensuring
the delivery of emergency communications between Service persons and
their families.
Information
needed to complete an SAF case:

Name of Service Person and their address and phone
number
·
Name of person making the request, their phone
number and address, and the message needing sent
·
Also, if the message is concerning a death or
illness. This has to be verified by funeral home or the hospital
